strategic plan 2014 – 2018
We are excited about the future of St Andrew’s College
as we approach our Centenary in 2017. Stepping
forward into our second century our strategic
objectives will be essential to our successes.
Our strategic objectives will guide our work and our
activities as we move forward and will come to life with
careful planning and focus.
The changing environment in Christchurch
post-earthquakes continues to affect the education
sector so we will remain flexible and adjust our
strategy as required.
We will continue to identify key priorities and set
our whole-school goals so that we achieve our
objectives. Our staff engaging and contributing to
this process will be vital to our success. We will
continue to communicate our progress with our
community and provide them with opportunities to
give feedback.
Over almost 100 years our St Andrew’s community
has worked together to build a unique culture and a
special place for education. We will continue to work
closely with our community as we step into
our future.
