a) WE WILL:
i)
Have a strong brand presence in the marketplace that
reflects our strategic plan and is understood both by
our internal stakeholders and the wider community;
ii)
Work closely with students, staff, parents and alumni
as brand ambassadors, who share good news stories
within their communities;
iii)
Have staff and leadership who are recognised as
leaders and experts in their fields;
iv)
Develop a strong online presence that encourages
engagement with our brand and enhances our profile
locally, nationally and internationally.
b) WE WILL:
i)
Retrofit learning spaces to ensure learning is
happening in the best environments, which
encourages innovation and collaborative learning;
ii)
Develop a long term master plan for the campus that
ensures teaching and learning spaces are appropriate
for future generations and considers environmental
sustainability issues.
c) WE WILL:
i)
Continue to grow the funds in our Foundation to
support the College’s needs, including professional
development for teachers, scholarships and
educational facilities;
ii)
Ensure financial and institutional strength through
strong financial management, risk management and
efforts to diversify our revenue sources;
iii)
Consider environmental sustainability as we develop
our campus;
iv)
Ensure continuity in leadership through effective
succession-planning for Board and leadership
positions.
