including 2.6(Algebraic Methods), 2.2(Non –
Linear Graphs), 2.7(Calculus).
CONTENT
The course is made up of theoretical
mathematics with a large algebraic
component.

The course may have up to 3 external
achievement standards with the balance of
the course made up of up to 2 internal
achievement standards

The course is made up of some theoretical
mathematics with an algebraic component
plus advanced statistics and probability up to
level 8 of the curriculum.
HOW THE COURSE IS ASSESSED
There are 10 Level 3 achievement standards
available for this course.
The course may have up to 3 external
achievement standards with the balance of
the course made up of up to 3 internal
achievement standards
QUALIFICATION GAINED IF STANDARDS
