ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Completion of Year 10 Japanese or equivalent

CONTENT

The curriculum integrates the core strands of

language knowledge, communication and

cultural knowledge.

This course consolidates topics studied from

Year 9.

Year 11 topics will include

- Milestones in young people’s lives.

- Languages and how studied

- Is fast food healthy?

- Where do you shop and why

- What do you do in your free time?

- City and country living

- School trips

- Part time work and spending money

- Careers and aspirations

- Homestay

HOW THE COURSE IS ASSESSED

Regular vocabulary, kana/kanji and topic tests

internal and external achievement standards.
